The Georgia Felon Search Requester (customer) will provide the required data in the proper format to enable GTA to provide
the Georgia Felon Search service. In the event the data provided by the Requester is not matched with information contained
in the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) database, a result of "No Records Found" will be returned.
Information released to the Requester under this Agreement shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and
regulations, including without limitation, O.C.G.A. § 35-3-34 et seq.
The cost of the Service shall be a $15 for each transaction or rap sheet viewed
as specified in the
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and is subject to change.

- Georgia Felon Search (GAFS) Access and Delivery. Georgia Felon Search Service shall be
electronically delivered to the Georgia Felon Search Requester (the party using the
application to conduct a search) as follows: Georgia Felon Search Requester will submit
a query by entering certain demographic information and GTA will return
an electronic response signifying whether the person described in the
demographic information entered by the Georgia Felon Search Requester has a final felony
conviction on file with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), in
which case the Georgia Felon Search Requester will receive a description of such conviction
in the form on an online "Rap Sheet".
Georgia Felon Search (GAFS) Requester will provide GTA with the necessary data
in the proper format to enable GTA to properly furnish the Georgia Felon Search Service. In the event
the data provided by the Georgia Felon Search Requester is not matched with the information contained
in the GBI database, such mismatch shall result in a report of "No Record Found".
- Information released to the Georgia Felon Search Requester under this Agreement shall be subject
to all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, O.C.G.A.
§ 35-3-34 et seq.
- Except as otherwise set forth herein, Georgia Felon Search Requester may access and use the Georgia Felon Search Services at the
specific location(s) and on a single server.
- The cost of the Georgia Felon Search Service shall be as specified in the Frequently Asked Questions,
which may be subject to change from time to time.
- You will be charged $15 for each transaction or rap sheet viewed.
